Kirby's Block Ball is a Breakout clone for the Game Boy in which Kirby takes the form of a ball. The game was first released in Japan in December 1995, followed by a North American, European, and Australian release in 1996. It was later ported to the Nintendo 3DS's Virtual Console in 2011 in Japan and then North America, Europe, and Australia in 2012.
