The Game Boy Advance is a handheld game console created and manufactured by Nintendo. It is capable of displaying 32-bit color graphics. The system was released in 2001 as the successor to the Game Boy Color. Two Kirby games were released for the system, Kirby: Nightmare in Dream Land (2002) and Kirby & The Amazing Mirror (2004).

In 2003, a remodel named the Game Boy Advance SP was released. It features a clamshell design and a backlit screen.
